theatre… And now Shruti Ulfat is all set to play the romantic lead opposite Vinod Sherawat in a film called Gafla by Sameer Hanchate (of Metropolis Multimedia who has assisted Subhash Ghai and Vidhu Vinod Chopra). The film is based on the Harshad Mehta scam and Shruti is playing the main lead as a journalist in the film which will also stars Poorva Parag and Vikram Gokhale.

"She is someone who wants to make it big in life and is born and brought up with the lead hero. She has very different view points in life and is tough enough to face the world. It's a very nice role," says the lovely lady who is looking forward to working in more serials apart from the ones in hand.

Shruti is currently doing Aaj Ke Shriman Shrimati on Sab Sony besides doing theatre for which she has been traveling a lot.
