Apart from the M factor, looks like there's a lot that is common between Moonmoon and Mouni from the Balaji camp. Viewers regularly glued to television shows, especially the K serials, have been wondering if Moonmoon aka Sampada of Kasautii Zindagi Kay has re-appeared in Kyunki.. as Mouni Roy aka Krishna Tulsi?
Or another story doing the rounds is whether Moonmoon and Mouni Roy are sisters in real life.

The reason of confusion is also because Moonmoon did a cameo of a character called Shraddha, Ansh (Aakashdeep Sehgal's wife). We contacted both the leading ladies for their feedback.

Moonmoon, who was rather forthright said, "My mom saw Kyunki and told me how come you are back in Kyunki… you didn't tell me. I thought your character had died on the show. I was shocked to hear that. next day, I saw the episode and realized Mouni does resemble me in terms of her face cut, complexion and eyes. Few technicians from the Kasautii unit also told me that Mouni looks a lot like you", says Moonmoon.
On a rather light note, she says, "I think we can easily pass off as sisters."

We contacted Mouni Roy to check out if she has got any such feedback. On a rather sleepy note, she said, "I haven't got any such feedback. Who is Moonmoon? I haven't even heard the name."

We think we had actually woken Mouni up from her sweet slumber as she requested us to call her back later. Or is it that Mouni is so occupied with her round the clock shooting schedules that she doesn't even get time to check out her own show to see who all are acting in it..
