show (Akela on Sony) and five films
lined up for release this year. And now
he has shifted into a new house in Lokhandwala
(in Oxford Tower) in suburban Mumbai which
is a three bedroom hall kitchen pad. He
moved into the fourteenth floor apartment
one week earlier.
"I bought it nine months back but it
took me seven months to make it liveable.
The apartment I have bought shares the same
boundary wall as my previous apartment in
Oakland Park and I can see the entire Seven
Bunglows area from there. It took me a lot
of time to make this place as it requires
time and money so I gradually worked on
it," says an excited Sudhanshu who
has done up the apartment keeping both his
wife and his tatse in mind, but with the
help of an interior designer.
The house is done up in white and beige
colours and Sudhanshu has decided to go
simple on the furniture and on the look
of the house.
"We wanted the best for our house and
did not want any jazz, so I myself got the
materials, decided on the look and the colours
of the rooms, floor and the tiles while
the interior designer supervised the workers.
The house is our labour of love and the
feeling of having a new house is so exciting,"
adds Sudhanshu.
