Divine aspirations!

Controversial, obnoxious, gifted, brash. Kanye West has been called many things, but he’s never been called safe or boring. One of the most influential hip-hop producers and songwriters of recent years, he’s already won six Grammy Awards for just two albums, two years in a row. Catch him this Wednesday at 9 pm.

In this never-before-seen special, Kanye West once again approaches old music with new arrangements.

Backed by an all-female 17-piece orchestra in an intimate gig at London’s famous Abbey Road studios, expect to hear plenty of familiar favourites from his hit albums College Dropout and Late Registration, but with a twist. It also features special guest, neo-soul singer/pianist John Legend – himself a huge Grammy favourite this year and experimental artist in his own right. If that’s not enough star talent and power for you, check out West’s superstar friends in the audience, like Jay-Z and Beyoncé.
