The hunt is on for the contender of Mrs. India World 2006 who will represent India at Mrs. World 2006 to be held in Russia this April.

Mrs. India World will have a five-city audition to select this year's Mrs. India World 2006 who will be India's official entry at the international pageant-Mrs. World to be held on 23 April at St. Petersburg, Russia, where women from more than 50 countries will vie for the crown of Mrs. World 2006.

The Mrs. India-World auditions come to the City of Joy, Kolkata on Thursday, 9 March, 2006 at Tantra-The Park Hotel beginning 10.30 am onwards, giving the selected winners an opportunity to compete at the national level grand finale to be held on Saturday 25 March 2006 in Mumbai. So if you have what it takes to conquer the world….this is your lucky chance.

Besides Kolkata, the other cities witnessing a bevy of women coming in for auditions are Bangalore on Saturday, 11 March at the hip pub Spinn. Delhi and Mumbai will have the auditions on Sunday, 12 March at The Metropolitan Hotel Nikko and Velocity respectively, while it will be held at Chandigarh on Monday, 13 March at The Piccadilly.
