Producer Faruq Masudi who has delivered shows like Daastan and Chhattan is back to entertain its audiences with a new show, Aasman Ne Jo Likha on DD1.

Premiering on 9h April at 8.30, the show is about a business tycoon called Oberoi played by Rajeev Verma and commonly known as O.B. The story involves O.B.'s struggle, success and his efforts to sustain his achievements. He has a troubling past which he has to deal with too. He is a visionary, whose eyes are always set on the future. He has to also deal with Karan played by Waqar Shaikh, an MBA graduate who is trying to make a foot hold in life and the show deals with his frustrations and confrontations with OB as well.

Aasman Ne Jo Likha is one of the first shows to be shot exclusively in Shrinagar and promises a star cast like Waqar Sheikh, Rajeev Verma, Vineet Kumar, Saadika, Kiran Bhargav and Supriya Karnik.

Masudi is currently Managing Director of Hoo Productions which produces TV serials for Indian and other international channels like Zee, Sony, ARY, DD and UTN.
