very conscious about her sexy figure, she
doesn't really believe in following a strict
fitness regime.
Here the popular anchor shares with us her
style mantra along with her daily
diet ka funda.
Fitness mantra:
Acupressure and Acupuncture. It's painful
and scary but keeps me fit.
My kind exercise:
I don't get much time to exercise. However,
the kind of job I'm doing along with taking
care of my two kids keeps me fit. I don't
believe in doing Yoga everyday.
Daily dose of diet:
I don't believe in dieting so I indulge
in eating everything from chats to spicy
food. However, I avoid gorging on sweets.
My dabba:
I don't carry one on the sets as I adore
eating fresh food.
Style Mantra:
Just be yourself and wear what makes you
feel comfortable. You'll find me in wearing
denim pants and t-shirts when not shooting.
Accessories I
love to wear:
I love wearing earrings and have plenty
of them. If my costume is heavy then I prefer
wearing less accessories and vice versa.
I'm very feminine in my sense of dressing
up. Everything should match form clothes
to accessories with a good hair style.
Branded clothes:
I'm not the one who prefers branded clothes
but whenever I want to I visit malls. I
love to travel and pick up stuff from anywhere
around the world. I shop for traditional
clothes from Kimaya.
Make-up:
I don't like putting a lot of make-up and
you'll see me without it while at home.
However, on an outing with friends, I use
Kaajal and lip gloss.
Perfume:
I use any perfume that smells feminine.
Word of caution:
Don't be a clone or try to ape others. Wear
clothes that make you feel and look good.
