It's now time to announce the results of the recently concluded tellychakkar.com poll -`Which of the long running soaps should call it curtains'. The four shows were: Kumkum, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kasautii Zindagii Kay.

With over 7463 spanning over a period of a month, we were actually quite taken aback by the final results. About 3514 votes were for the mother of all soaps…Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu thi. Next K serial which voters feel should face the axe is Kasautii Zindagii Kay which got around 1754 votes. The third in the line was the afternoon show Kumkum and Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii garnered around 677 votes.

Well, we think after being `sab ka favourite' for seven long years now the Kyunki's Virani family is finally losing steam. Or is this because of our original Tulsi Smriti Irani being replaced by Gautami Gadgil? Also, we feel the current storyline which has Thakral (Ram Kapoor) claiming that Tulsi is actually Juhi his wife, has not gone well with the viewers. Maybe, viewers want to see the original Tulsi back.

Well, whatever the reason be, we think the change in the storyline can work wonders. Also, going by the votes, looks like Parvati's makeover has gone well with the viewers.
