gorgeous looking Amrita Prakash, who was
last seen playing a cameo in Sooraj Barjatia's
Vivaah, is currently busy playing the role
of Sanskriti in Zee's Har Ghar Kuch Kehta
Hai.
Unlike other actors, the pretty lass had
no calms in admitting the fact that she
hates going to the gym. So, what's the secret
of her well toned body? Read on….
My Fitness mantra:
Balance work with pleasure.
My Daily dose
of diet:
I eat everything. I never follow any specific
diet plan. I believe that one needs to boost
energy by eating everything but moderately.
I try to have eight small meals a day. I
also jump to junk food once or twice a week.
Though I eat a lot but still never put on
weight.
My Dabba:
My lunch dabba consists of dal, rice, chapattis
with green vegetable. I keep it light during
night time. I drink lot of juices as it
helps in dehydration, which is necessary
for me while working long hours. Sometimes,
I do carry glucose powder as it gives me
energy.
My note on Gym
and exercise:
I hate working out in a gym. Presently,
I am too busy with my show so hardly get
time to hit the gym. I shoot for 14 to 18
hours a day and then hitting gym is too
stressing. Thus I just keep control on my
diet. The kind of job I am doing is enough
to keep me fit.
My covert health
mantra:
I do take care of my diet and avoid eating
unhealthy food .Good seven hours of sleep
is very essential as it makes me look fresh
and healthy. You will always find a small
pillow and a blanket in my car. As while
driving to a shoot and back home I catch
up with a small nap in my car.
My word of caution:
Eat everything but moderately as it's the
best health mantra.
