their plans
for this New
Year:
Amber (Kashmira
Irani): Honestly,
we have not
planned anything.
But we are
pretty excited.
Dhara keeps
asking me
what we should
do. It is
our first
New Year together
and it would
be fun celebrating
it. We will
be together
for sure.
We are not
sure if we
will stay
at home or
go out to
party. May
be we will
call our friends
home and have
fun.

When I was in Delhi
I never used to
plan my New Year.
My dad is from the
army and we used
to go to the army
party. This is the
first time that
I need to plan.
I am totally lost
for ideas so I am
letting Amber decide
for us as she is
from Mumbai. New
Year is the time
to celebrate. I
am planning to celebrate
it with family and
friends at home.
No, may be I should
do something this
year. I think we
should go out to
party.
On
what they will be
wearing:
Amber: I
thought of a dress
but I don't think
now I can wear it.
I will be dressed
up in my character.
I am planning to
wear jeans with
a very pretty feminine
top. Dhara will
be in salwar-kameez.
But our dresses
are going to be
very pretty and
feminine. I will
buy a new costume.
I love dressing
up for New Year.
Dhara: In
Delhi it is very
chilling during
New Year but still
every year my sister
and I used to wear
skirts and shoes
on the day. Last
year's winter was
very foggy in Delhi.
This year I have
not planned anything
but I will be dressed
up like Dhara.
On
their best New Year
party ever:
Amber: All
my New Year parties
have been great
so far. I am from
Pune and we used
to go to party at
Venky's.
Dhara: All
my parties were
with my friends
and family in Delhi.
I am looking forward
to the blast Ambar
and I will have
this year.
On
the one thing that
they love the most
about New Year:
Amber: New
Year means new resolutions.
I strongly believe
that if your New
Year starts on a
good note then the
whole year turns
out to be good and
if it starts with
a bad note then
your year goes bad.
I believe New Year
is fun.
Dhara: New
Year to me means
freshness. Before
the New Year eve
every day is normal
but with the start
of the New Year
every day is a new
day. New Year means
looking forward
to your birthday
and a new beginning.
On
their expectations
from the coming
year:
Amber: Year
2007 has been great.
With New Year coming
I am hoping to do
better, be a good
human being and
have a more successful
life.
Dhara: This
year has been superb.
Amber- Dhara happened
to us this year.
Last January nobody
knew me but now
every one knows
me. It has made
a lot of difference
to my life. I just
hope this success
continues in the
next year too.
