Semi finals on Boogie Woogie

This time around the Semi - Finalists Mahayudh 2007 will go all out to entertain the audience and woo the judges with their dance performances based on a particular theme. This was their pen-ultimate round to prove themselves and thus make it big to the Finals.

The celebrity judge is going to be none other than the famous playback singer Abhijit who opened the episode with his famous Yeh Ladki Jo Sabse Alag Hain with an ensemble swaying to his tune. Abhijit has given the film industry some great hits from movies like Yeh Dillagi, Yes Boss, Badshah, Judwaa, Chalte Chalte, Main Hoon Na, Diwale Dhulaniya Le Jayange. He won a Filmfare Award in 1997 and an MTV Asia awards Achievements Award in 2004. He also launched music albums - Aashiqui, Tera Bina and Lamhe.

Shabnam's theme was an Item Girl. She did a Yana Gupta number to "Babuji" with the reins in her hands, she made the boys in her group dance to her tunes.

Prachi's theme was Mujra. She enacted a scene of a small girl who was forcefully brought to the Kota where she is taught to dance and becomes Preachy when she becomes big and how a girl is made to dance with a group to amuse the men and in the end she helps a small girl escape from this drudgery saying "I don't know how many girls enter this everyday, I can't save everybody, but I can at least save and protect you ".

Abhijit was so carried over by her facial expressions that he sang her the song Tumari Adha Main. Jaykumar was the Don who was a clear fan of Shah Rukh Khan and Harinath did a Mime of how he had fallen in love with a princess . The guards snatched him away from his lady love, he is jilted and is upset which is portrayed in his dance. She manages to sneak out and come back to him but once again the guards and prince snatch her away. He dies fretting for her and hopes to meet her in heaven.

Sashwati's theme was the Festivals of India where she along with her troupe brings out the colour, gaiety and traditional aspect in her dances to the Ganesh festival, Gokulashtmi and Holi festival.

Abhijit also shared some of his real life experiences along with some of his jovial moments with the participants of the show.
