What
do you call a concoction of a successful
VJ, singer, actor and stunning looker? Sophie
Chaudhary.

This winner of Most Stylish Female 2004
Lycra® MTV Style Awards says, "I
love sexy feminine clothes which accentuate
and highlight my curvy figure". This
Brit damsel likes to set the page 3 party
circuit on fire in a sexy short, black or
red ensemble. "The sari which is making
a big come back as a style statement is
also high on my wish list, especially Manish
Malhotra's georgette or lace designs with
backless and stringy blouses".
Sophie who shot to fame with her hit number
Habbi has no qualms about skin show,
"Babes, if you have confidence and
the body, go ahead flaunt your assets to
the hilt, is what I believe. Although I
too dress naughtily, where I draw the line
is very deep plunging necklines as some
of the filmy chics wear. Its ok on screen
but not in your public life. Similarly as
I am mostly dressed in short skirts, the
tops will be less clingy as too much skin
show is a big turn off."

This London School of Economics graduate
who currently anchors Big Picture and
Chill Out on MTV just loves shoes
and hand bags as, "they can make or
mar your outfit, hence my wardrobe stocked
with an array of bags and shoes. I don't
like too much jewelry. If have am sporting
chandeliers earring, my neck will go bare.
It's really important to keep updating your
ensemble line for out here you can't afford
to be caught dead in the same outfit, lest
the press will tear you to shreds. So whenever
I go aboard for work or to meet my folks,
I end up shopping as if there is no tomorrow
Another smart way to avoid embarrassment,
would be to mix and match your outfits and
accessories".
Sophie who created quite a few ripples
with her miniscule role and item number
in Pyaar Ke Side Effects is glad
that Bollywood costumes are finally coming
of age. "Earlier the clothes and make
up were just too loud and yuck, but today's
super stars like Salman, John and Bipasha
take great pains to look not only superb,
but natural as well. The entry of profession
designer's like Surily Goel and Manish has
also contributed to the betterment of the
over all screen look".
Asked to choose the best dressed dude around,
pat came the reply, "Who else but Hrithik,
the man he looked dapper in Dhoom 2."
