The
celebrity studded reality show Fun on
the Run is getting tougher and trickier
by the week. If Pondicherry, last week,
tested the grit and muscle power of the
contestants in Fun on the Run, then, this
week, hot Chennai, will go a step further
and test how far the teams can go to win
the grand prize of 25 lakhs.
Apart from making the celeb contestants
go through back breaking tasks which exhaust
them completely, the show is playing tricks
on the contestants as it happened this week
in Chennai.

At Saravana Bhavan, an
eatery, very South Indian in nature, contestants
were asked to eat a south Indian meal. All
the teams hurriedly finished , or rather
gulped
the food, to get their next clue. But then
they realized that the first partner who
ate the food has to serve the whole meal
to the other partner in the same order.
No one could do it right, as a result all
5 teams had to suffer a penalty of time
loss of 30 minutes, and this googlie also
angered the celeb participants very much
and there was complete chaos on the show.
Another googlie task is to eat 20 bananas,10
each, from the bunch that they had been
carrying with them through out the day.
But the participants were not told that
the heavy bunches of bananas that they are
carrying with them the whole day, they had
to eat the same bananas at the end of the
day.
This googlie really had the teams faltering
as the bananas were quite spoilt with sand;
dust and heat making them look like smashed
pulp with black covers on! But the teams,
yet again, took their emotional and physical
reigns in their hands, and eat the required
number of bananas and sped off to their
next and final destination, the Accord Metropolitan
where they had to search for Gaurav Kapur.
