Viewers will be quite disappointed to see Jodi No 6 Karan Grover and Kavita Kaushik getting eliminated from Nach Baliye 3 this weekend. But somehow, the lovey dovey couple have taken their exit rather positively. They were in the danger zone last time and have scored lowest this week.

We caught Karan-Kavita in a rather contemplative mood, taking stock of what went wrong.

So, where do you think you went wrong?
Nothing went wrong. This time, both of us were unable to give sufficient time to our rehearsals because of our hectic schedules. We just managed about four hours and that too for just two days. At the eleventh hour, we changed our song that created a bigger problem. Being non dancers, we needed much more time to get into the skin of the song.

Did you expect to get eliminated ?
We were expecting a lot of criticism and bad scores but not elimination. We were supposed to dance on Saki Saki… but were not able to get our moves right. Our chorographer too had to work overtime. But then `as you sow so shall you reap'. We failed to put in more efforts and so we are out of the show.

What was your reaction after the final announcement?
Week on week we have been in the danger zone, so it wasn't a big deal. Another couple in the danger zone was Pooja-Haneef. Since they had put in a lot of efforts, one didn't expect them to get out. Our priority was putting up a god show together and now we have no complaints.

How did the judges react to your elimination?
This week we hit the stage with full enthusiasm but the steps did not synchronise with the song. Even after our bad performance, the judges were very lenient. It really felt good as they understood our problem and were really soft while making remarks. They loved our attire and wished that our performance would have been the same - sweet and cute.

After Nach, what's you next plan of action?
We are back to our routine life. I am shooting for Meri Awaaz Ko Mil Gahi Roshni and Kavita for FIR. We would definitely like to come back in the wild card entry if given a chance.
