Narayani Shastri replaced Neha Singh in Mamta just a few months ago. But unfortunately with the show being unceremoniously bumped off air, the lady was left scouting for work. And luckily, she has already bagged a lead role in two daily fictional soaps on rival channels.

However, the pretty actress was reluctant to talk about it. She said, "I'm not in a position to talk about it as I'm yet to sign the contract with the production house. Both the projects are very tempting and are slated to go on air next month. However, I'll take up any one of them as I believe in doing one show at a time. The decision will be based on the money offered and my creative satisfaction."

What went wrong with Mamta?
"I enjoyed my stint in the show but have no idea that what went wrong with it," quips Narayani.
