There
have been only gains for Alex Oneil on Nach
Baliye 3. However, on the personal front
Alex has been enduring many losses. All
is hunky dory between him and fiancée
Shweta Keswani. It's just that the American
lost his wallet recently after he left it
in an auto rickshaw.
 |
Says Alex, "I paid
the driver but I failed to pick up my walled
that was lying on the seat. By the time,
I realized it, he had fled. I lost my credit,
debit cards and about 4000 rupees. Nach
Baliye 3 is now taking its toll on me.
At times, my brain tends to shut down."
An American traveling in an auto rickshaw
in India? Alex replies, "I can't take
the car as I'm unfamiliar with the roads.
So, I usually travel in auto rickshaws.
However, I must tell you that I have immense
faith in Mumbai's rickshaw drivers. Once,
I left my mobile in the auto and to my surprise,
the rickshaw driver called and delivered
the phone to me. He came all the way from
Bandra just to return my phone. I'm sure
had it been my phone, then this gentlemen
too would have called me back."
Surprisingly, Alex has more faith in rickshaw
drivers than his chances of winning Nach
Baliye. So, all you autowallahs with
cell phones, you know who to vote for.
