Nach
Baliye 3 is slated to go on air from
22 September. With just two weeks for the
reality show to begin, rehearsals have begun
in full force.
While some of our better jodis have
changed their choreographers, other self-confessed
non-dancers are getting their steps right
with nonstop exhausting rehearsals.
Sweta is busy translating Bollywood lyrics
to beau Alexx (who has developed a neck
pain), Rakhi has already sprained her leg
and Sanjeeda is finding it extremely difficult
to match steps with Aamir.
For more on how our jodis are coping
up… read on.

Alexx O'neil and Sweta Keswani
Alexx:
For me, this is a completely new
experience. And to be frank, I'm still not
able to do all the jhatkaas and matkaas.
I had a terrible pain in my neck while performing
a particular step. Also, I'm not too camera
friendly so it's difficult for me to dance
on such a big stage.I need to brush up my
dancing skills as Sweta is a brilliant dancer.
The only positive thing is that, I get to
spend some quality time with my fiancée.
Sweta:
Dancing on Bollywood numbers is not
difficult for me. I'm a trained dancer but
Alexx is a non-dancer.I have to first translate
the lyrics to him and then start the rehearsals.
It's quite exhausting !

Pooja Bedi and Hanif Hilal
Pooja: I
think we have abundant oomph and share a
great chemistry. We're enjoying rehearsals
as Hanif is a spectacular dancer and I too
love dancing. Despite being slim and trim,
my body can only move to a particular style
of dancing.
Hanif: Rehearsals
are going quite well. I have my own dance
troop flame and have organized shows in
Mumbai and Pune. So, as a professional dancer,
I'm used to performing on various styles.
Rakhi Sawant and Abhishek Awasthi
Rakhi:
It's a tough competition and both of us
are working very hard. I sprained my leg
while rehearsing. Dancing for six hours
a day is not such an easy task. The whole
day I shoot for my upcoming film and then
rehearse in the wee hours of the night.
Abhishek Awasthi:
We are working very hard to win the contest.
Both of us are enjoying our stint. Being
a choreographer, I've not faced any injury
as of now. Rakhi does forget a few steps,
but I'm helping her to cope with it.
Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Sheikh:
Aamir: For
a non-dancer like me, it's very difficult
to dance to any number. My body is not that
flexible and that's why I had a terrible
backpain while dancing.
Sanjeeda: Being
a trained dancer, dancing on Bollywood tracks
is no pain. But its difficult to match steps
with Aamir. But the good thing is I've just
started losing weight.
