What's your fitness mantra? Staying
calm and staying away from negativity Do you go to the gym daily? I
used to go to the gym but since 4 to 5 months I haven't got the time. My shooting
schedule is very hectic. What
does your exercise regime consist of? Whenever I get time on the sets or
at home I do some stretching. I go for some free weight exercises. Besides that
I sleep a lot, whenever I get time from my hectic shooting schedule I take a power
nap. Are you a foodie? I'm not at all a foodie. I'm happy
with whatever comes my way. Are you a vegetarian or non- vegetarian? I'm
a pure vegetarian. What is your fave food? I like to eat
lots of fruits. If the best delicacies are kept on one side and fruit plates on
the other, I would go for the fruit plate. In summer I like eating pineapples
and grapes. I also drink lots of fruit juices. Which is your
favourite dish? I like pani puri and chat a lot especially
in Calcutta. They are very low fat and I can die for them. And
which is your favourite restaurant? Rajdhani for Indian food. What
do you like to see in your dabba every day? My dabba comes
from home and I like to see lot of pulses and dal chawal with roti
and vegetables. I love to have tuwar dal or moong dal. Do
you like to cook? I do cook sometimes. Any recipe you
would like to share with us?
Instant Daliya Take ½
a cup daliya Add moong dal Add three cups of water and salt
to taste Put half spoon of garlic paste and season it with ghee, jeera and
cloves You can add any green vegetables (Like chopped palak ) Pressure
cook it for 5 minutes Keep in mind that that the palak and dal
should not be over cooked Again you can give season it with ghee,
two pieces of chopped garlic and some pieces of ginger and chillis.
Serve
hot.
