Vijaya TV presents, "Idhayam Mantra Koffee with Anu Season 2", showcases India's leading Music Director 'Isai Puyal' A.R.Rahman as the 'Chithirai Thirunal' special guest.

This special episode of A.R.Rahman will be as a treat for the music lovers' worldwide.

Accompanied by his High School Principal, Mrs.Y.G.Parthasarathy, A.R.Rahman speaks about the craze and love he holds for music. He started his musical career at the age of 11, where he joined as a keyboard player in maestro Ilaiyaraaja's troupe.

Rahman started his career in advertising composing jingles and has composed for many brands. Spotted by Mani Ratnam while working for a commercial with Rajiv Menon, Rahman got his first break for the film 'Roja' directed by Mani Ratnam.

Rahman gets nostalgic when he shares his experience about his school days and childhood. His guru Mrs.Y.G.Parthsarathy is in complete praise for A.R.Rahman and she narrates some of the interesting incidents during his school days. Along with them, Selvakumar, Rahman's personal assistant also visits the sets of Koffee with Anu, and speak about the support they give each and their friendship.

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan springs a surprise on this legendary music director and wishes him good luck for his "KM - music conservatory", a music school for those with musical interest. Actor S.J.Suryah, Kalyani Menon (mother of Rajiv Menon) also speak about A.R.Rehman in the show.
