You’re not fond of kids but yet keen
on participating in Kya Aap Paanchvi Paas Se Tez Hai? Well, you’ll have
to think again. After months of stringent screening and several
aptitude tests in Delhi and Mumbai, Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hai? has
zeroed in on five little kids who will be the lifeline for the contestants and
host Shah Rukh Khan’s classmates. The five chosen kids who form the Paanchvi
ki Paltan are:- Shriya
Sharma: A popular figure across Indian television and the big screen, this
10-year-old from Mumbai is a class V student and a topper too. Her strong subjects
are English, Maths, Geography and Social Studies. She appeared as Sneha in Kasauti
Zindagi Kay. Besides this she’s done numerous ads and featured in many south
Indian films. King Khan fondly refers to her as ‘princess’.
Dheirya
Sorecha : This 9-year-old from Mumbai is a class 4 student and for his Harry
Potter-like looks, Shah Rukh’s named him Harry Puttar. His strong subjects are
Maths, Science, Hindi and Social Studies. He also excels in extracurricular activities.
Dheirya has good oratory skills and anchors his school annual functions.
Anubhav
Motilal: Another fourth grader, 9-year-old Anubhav Motilal of Delhi is a die-hard
Shah Rukh and Hrithik Roshan fan. Extremely tech-savvy, Anubhav keeps a tab on
current affairs and possesses excellent communication skills. His strong subjects
are Hindi, English and General Knowledge. He’s called the Mini-dada as he loves
to take on the adults.
Siporna
Ghosal: This fifth grader from Delhi aspires to be a doctor. Apart form being
a topper in her class, Siporna also loves singing, painting and dancing. Her favourite
subjects are Maths, Science, English and Social Studies.
Milanjeet
Singh Bhatti: This nine year old Chandigarh resident aspires to be an electronic
engineer. His favourite subjects include Social studies, Science, and English.
King Khan fondly refers to him as Milli Puttar.
At the unveiling of Paanchvi Ki Paltan, we asked these kids a million-dollar
question. Kya Shah Rukh Paanchvi Paas Se Tez Hai? The kids screamed in
unison “Nooooooooooooooooo.” While Paanchvi.. enables these
kids to have taste at stardom, it also presents an exciting opportunity to get
even with the adults. In life, it’s always the adults who keep commanding and
even bullying them. However, the tables have turned as the kids say, “Often, the
adults order us to study, do this, don’t do that. Well, here’s our chance to lay
the order and even pull their legs. We won’t leave any stone unturned in poking
fun at the elders.” So, big boys and girls, beware of the Paanchvi
Ki Paltan. Rules
for using lifelines (cheats)
