Saurabh Pande who is currently seen in Jiya Jale is an actor with a golden heart. In keeping with his generous nature this 19 year old keeps always carries packets of biscuit and offers them to any beggar child he encounters. As reported earlier, the actor has also brought home a street pup and named him Bronzee.

Now we have learnt that Saurabh has turned vegetarian. Saurabh says, “It has to do with my dog Bronzee. I also think your food-habits explain the kind of person you are. Moreover, why should we hurt animals just for our pleasure?”

“They too have feelings and they too hurt. It’s not a social message that I am trying to impart but my view. Having said this I am not saying that people who are non-vegetarian are bad,” adds the actor.

Saurabh says, “I have turned vegetarian since the past one and a half month.”

He has also convinced his co-actor, Buddha Aditya and director Arvind Babbal from Jiya Jale to turn vegetarian.

As he gets busy spreading so much awareness lets hope Saurabh finds time for acting.
