Naveen Saini who is currently seen on Bidaai (Star Plus) has dragged an airline to court over a missed flight.

Naveen talks of the incident, “Last Tuesday I was out of town for a wedding and had booked a return ticket for Mumbai with Go Airlines. The flight was at 2:00pm but early morning I received a message that it was delayed and re- scheduled for 3:45p.m. I reached the airport at 3p.m. and went to the counter. They told me to go for my baggage check-in and when I returned I was told that I had missed the flight as it had taken off 10 minutes ago. Why did they allow me to check-in if I was late?”

“This resulted in a big argument with the airport staff but with no result. I lost my money and time. Finally I had to book another ticket and took the flight back the next day,” he adds further.

Now Naveen has filed a case against GO Airlines in the consumer court. “People don’t take action as they are too busy. I will not let them go off the hook as they have harassed me and hence I have asked my lawyer to file a case against them,” he concludes.
