Tellywood hottest couple Barkha Bishttand Indraneil Sengupta is tying the knot on 2nd March after a two year courtship. We spoke to an excited Barkha for a sneak peek into the affair.

The venue
We are getting married in Rourkie near Dehradun.

Customs and rituals
We are getting married as per Hindu rites and rituals.

Bridal wear
I am wearing a lehnga, which is burnt orange and turquoise blue in colour. Indraneil is going to wear a turquoise blue sherwani. Our costumes are designed by Jerry D’souza.

Wedding gift
I have got something for him but I can’t reveal as it is very personal.

His strength
I like the way he cares for me. His patience is commendable as he really can handle my mood swings and temperament.

Biggest wedding expense
It has to be my wedding ring, a solitaire which actually I made Indraneil buy. So it is his biggest wedding expense.

Pre-wedding events
There will be a tilak ceremony where we will exchange the rings. We will also have haldi and sangeet.

Wedding performers
I am the choreographer for everyone for my own wedding. Actually I love to choreograph. Indraneil and I are also performing on a fusion number at the sangeet ceremony.

The invitees
I have invited my friends and everyone from my show Doli Saja Ke for the wedding. But I am not sure if they can make it as all of them will be busy shooting. Aroona Irani has assured us of her attendance. But we will have a reception in Mumbai where we are expecting all our friends.

Apprehensions
None. Fortunately Indraneil and I are from the same field. We are aware of the tight schedules and long working hours. He is very understanding. As an individual he gives me space and independence.

Honeymoon plans
We will be going to Maldives for nine days.

Back on the job
We get back to work immediately. We are getting married on 2nd March and from 5th March we will start shooting. We are going for our honeymoon on 12th and will come back on 20th March. After which we will start shooting again from 21st.
