Channel MTV’s first Roadie (an adventurous reality show) and now the host of the show Roadies, Rannvijay has just completed his first Bollywood venture. The host who has become a favourite with the audience because of his hosting talent on the Roadies has finished shooting for his first film Toss.

The film is about three boys and their friendship. Rannvijay reveals, “Toss is a story of three boys. The cast includes Ashmit Patel, Prashant Raj (lead of RGV’s Aag) and me. It also has Aarti Chabria, Mahesh Manjrekar and Shashant Singh. The movie is about three childhood buddies and their friendship and how things turn bad or good between them because of certain incidents that take place during the course of time.”

Talking about his character, Rannvijay says, “My character is that of a guy who strongly believes in destiny. He is a happy-go-lucky person and strongly feels for his other two friends. The film is slated to release by the end of February or early March.”

Rannvijay has also completed his second movie. He divulges, “This is a short film which is directed by Shashant Ghosh. It is a Sahara project which would also have other 11 directors making 11 short films for the same project.”

Rannvijay who is associated with the popular adventurous reality show Roadies from its very first season (winner of MTV’s Roadies-1) is currently hosting Raodies-5.0 (the fifth season) feels that the reason behind the success of the show is the adventure attached to it.
