Fitness mantra

Eat healthy as starving is not healthy. Have small meals every two hours.

Regular gym

Earlier I used to but then I had stopped due to shows and then my marriage and many other reasons. But now again I have hit the gym and am sweating hard to get back in shape. Being in this industry looks do matter. One has to look good and fit to be a part of this industry.

Exercise regime

Basically I walk and walk. Its either on the tread mill or just a long walk on the road early in the morning. It is said to be the best form of exercise and it burns your calories rapidly.

Meditation or yoga

Yes every morning I do my meditation and yoga. Pranayam and Suryanamaskar is what I do every day. This form of yoga makes you feel fresh and energetic.

Fitness food

I guess I don't believe in that.

Fitness drink

Drink lots of water and green tea to get a glow on your face.

Fitness idol

The list is too big like Kareena Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Katrina Kaif and many more

Fitness tip

Avoid bread and spices and drink lots and lots of water to keep yourself fit and in shape.
