Apara Mehta will be seen in Shobhana Desai’s afternoon show Hamari Devrani . Surprisingly, the duo is coming back together after 10 years. It was with Shobhana Desai’s Ek Mahal Ho Sapanon Ka that the popular saas Apara debuted with almost a decade ago. After 10 years she will be seen in a cameo appearance in SDP’s (Shobhana Desai Productions) Hamari Devrani.

The actress will make a guest entry on the show playing a judge of a couple dance competition in the show. Says Apara, “It feels like coming back home. The best part is here I am playing myself as the judge of a dance competition. It was a memorable experience to interact with the star cast which mostly comprises of theater actors from Gujarat and we had loads of fun during the shoot."

The producer Shobhana Desai says, “ I am very happy especially because she made her debut with my serial Ek Mahal Ho Sapanon Ka and today she has become a popular television star. However, she remains unaffected by the success she has seen and is still the same at heart. Her professional approach and hard work are still intact".

Hamari Devrani is making waves in the television circuit by garnering a TRP rating of over 3 in its first week of telecast itself and even after a month it has maintained the same TRP rating till date.
