What’s your fitness mantra?
Keep exercising and eat well.

Do you go to the gym daily?
I have a gym at home but I’m not regular. I’m also learning Marshall Arts and the day when I practice it I don’t go to the gym. Marshall Arts keeps me fit and alert as it involves body with mind.

Your exercise regime consists of?
Besides kicking I go for weights and cardio. Cardio is just not confined to the tread mill but also to jogging. I also practice Kung fu everyday.

Are you a foodie?
Yes, I am big time food lover.

Are you a vegetarian or non- vegetarian?
I’m a hard core non- vegetarian

What is your fave food?
I enjoy eating everything. My day starts with some nutritious fruits and juices. Then the mid- morning snacks and lunch consist of chicken cooked in different styles and mutton. In the evening I have something light and then at night I have a complete dinner which sometimes includes a fish curry but definitely a chicken dish.

Which is your favourite dish?
Tandori chicken

Your favourite restaurant?
Yoko, as I love sizzlers.

What do you like to see in your dabba every day?
Anything non- vegetarian like mutton or chicken. Though I try to have some veggie stuff but that’s very rarely.

Do you like to cook?
I love to cook.

Any recipe you would like to share with us?
I don’t have any fixed recipe as I keep experimenting.
