Anu Menon most famously known as Lolla Kutty is all set to enter Bolywood. The V.J will be seen in Rajat Kapoor’s next film Raat Gayi Baat Gayi. It is the story of three couples who try to solve their complicated relationships in one night.

“It’s a small film which is directed by Saurabh Shukla. I took it up as I liked the script and cast,” says Anu Menon.

“It was a good opportunity to perform and thus I took the project. I’m opposite Vinay Pathak in the film and really enjoyed working with the whole team,” she chirps. Not many people know that Anu has done her Masters in theatre from London.

The star casts of the film includes Rajat Kapoor with Neha Dhupia, Dilip Tahil and Navneet Nishan and Vinay Pathak opposite Anu Menon.

We called up Navneet to know more about the film and what provoked her to take this project? “Well, the story of the film is very promising. I can’t reveal much but this will hold the audience to their seats.”

“I took up this project as Saurabh is my good friend and secondly the team is very dynamic and thirdly it happens very quickly that I did not even have time to think much. The shooting of the film got over in 19 days and currently we are in the dubbing stage,” she adds.

The film is slated for a June release.
