Season 2 of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs came to a close with Assam’s Anamika Choudhary winning the keenly fought contest.

The grand finale, which was held at Mumbai’s Andheri Sports Complex, was attended by thousands.

In addition to the coveted title, the 12-year-old (Anamika also bagged a whopping Rs 20 lakhs as cash prize and a Hyundai I10 car. Anamika received the award at the hands of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd CEO Pradeep Guha.

Rohanpreet finished second while Tanmay was the second runner-up. The final voting card read, Anamika 44,82,738 votes, Rohanpreet 38,47,176 votes and Tanmay pulled in 34,86,104 votes.

While Anamika was the overall winner, Rohanpreet emerged winner in the international voting.
