Ashita Dhawan who essays the negative role of Malti in Bidaai and Saillesh Gulabani who plays a negative role in Mein Aisi Kyun Hoon are an item. The two met at the Star Parivaar awards party three years back in 2005 and hit it off instantly.

Ashita says, “I met Saillesh at the Star Parivaar post awards party which was held at Marriot. It has been almost three years of our relationship. There has been no formal declaration of love from either side. Things just took off gradually.”

She adds, “Saillesh’s caring attitude bowled me over completely. He is a very sensible guy and notices each and every small thing in me. He has a great sense of humour.”

Saillesh says, “I get positive vibes from her and this is what I like the most about her. She is very innocent and naive and trusts everyone blindly.”

The couple has their share of fights and Saillesh admits that he is the one who initiates it most of the times. Ashita says, “Saillesh loves to fight and argues all the time. He believes in having the last word on everything.”
