Actor-producer Rahul Bhatt of Heena fame has become a proud father to a son. Rahul's wife Sharika gave birth to a baby boy on 23rd March in the day.

An excited Rahul says, "I am really very happy and excited as anyone else would be. The strange part is that Sharika and I were holidaying in Philippines a month ago and there we happened to go to a church called Santoninio which means a boy saint. Since then we started calling our baby as Santoninio. That time we didn't know that we will have a baby boy."

The couple has christened the boy as Ronin Bhat. Rahul says, "Ronin in Japanese means Samurai with no master and there was also an Irish conqueror named Ronin. It also has an Indian meaning but I am not aware of it."

Rahul will come back to Mumbai on 26th March and will shuttle between the two cities regularly to be with his family. The actor is expected to bring his son and wife home after a month.
