Narayani Shastri has been on a break for sometime now. But she is now planning a comeback. In a recent interview she said she did not want any more saas-bahu serials. But now it seems she has changed her mind.

“It’s been quite long since I have done any saas-bahu serials and I don’t mind doing it now. The only criteria of taking up such shows will be only if they pay me really well,” says Narayani.

So does she have any in her kitty? “For now I have many offers. Definitely there are saas bahu shows, beside that I also have a proposal for anchoring a show. I haven’t yet finalised it but I think I will opt for anchoring. I have a daily show also. Let’s see what happens,” she chirps.

What kind of roles are you looking out for? “Well there is no particular role as I have done them all in some show or the other. I’m getting offers for positive, negative and comedy too but I’m looking out for something different that excites me,” she avers.
