Kiran Kumar who has proven his mettle in the world of acting is all set to add another feather to his cap. The veteran actor is going to produce his first serial ever under his production house.

Kiran says, "I created Sai Nama Visions six months ago but it is yet to be officially launched. It is like a dream which I shall turn into reality. My first show will be for Doordarshan named as Ashiana. I am also planning to produce a thriller on the lines of DD's hit show Detective where in I played the lead role of a spy. The show was a huge hit and ran for a span of six years."

"Besides me I am going to cast Smita Jaykar and Raza Murad in Ashiana. We will start shooting once we get the time slot and date of airing from the channel", adds the actor.

Kiran Kumar's son Vikas, an aspiring actor is currently working as an assistant director with Abbas-Mastan and learning the technicalities of the profession. Talking about his son, Kiran says, "Being a father I had done all that I could do for Vikas. Now it is his responsibility to prove his talent. He has to write his own destiny. As a father he will always find me supporting him but he will have to prove himself on his own."
