Spurred by the success of their dance show, Nachle Ve with Saroj Khan, NDTV Imagine will now offer yet another show which will offer lessons, but of a different kind. Remember Mind your language and Zabaan sambhal ke? These were the two hilarious shows which taught language skills. Now, on the show titled Angrezi Mein Khate Hai, viewers will get to learn English.

“The show will teach colloquial English. Shernaz Patel who played Rani Mukherji’s mother in Black will be the teacher,” says a source.

“The show will have different kind of students like a housewife, a guy from a small town, etc. Shernaz will enhance their English speaking skills. It will be a comedy show. Apart from Shernaz the cast will comprise of only new faces. And by the end of each episode we will have a small music video by the students of the class,” the source adds.

Angrezi Mein… is slated for an early evening slot. “The timings of the show are not yet decided. But most likely it will be aired before 7pm. The show will come on air by end of March.”
