Jay Bhanushali aka Neev of Kayamath has decided to leave the show. His initial meaty role has been reduced to just few lines on the show which forced the actor to call it quits.

In his last chat with tellychakkar Jay had mentioned that he was happy with his character and had no plans of leaving the show. Jay avers jokingly, “You have to be sweet at times.”

Justifying his sudden quit from Kayamath, Jay informs, “It is not an overnight decision. I am in discussion with my boss Ekta for the last couple of weeks. I told her that I am not happy with the way my role is shaping up. She understood my situation and it all happened after a mutual consent.”

The actor who is shooting for the last two days informs that his track would get over by the end of this month. Jay has not decided on how long the break is going to be. He jokes, “I will be jobless till I get another job. I have not decided if my break is going to be for one or two months. I would keep extending it for the media till I get work. Actors have to lie.”

When asked if he is trying his hands in movies Jay says, “I have never run for anything. If producers feel that I fit the bill they will get in touch with me. I am no Shahrukh Khan but I have an attitude like his.”

When asked what he meant when he said in an interview that he would be back with a bang he says, “Oh! That was just to end the interview in style.”

Jay sure has all the trappings that make a star. Now all that he needs is the roles!
