Rajan Shahi’s Sapna-Babul Ka Bidaai has matched TRPs of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and has made next door girls Parul Chauhan and Sara Khan into stars. The buzz doing the rounds is that Rajan Shahi is coming up with a new show for which he is looking out for actors, technicians and creative people.

Rajan Shahi says, “I am coming up with a new show with a different perspective and fresh talent. The USP of the show will be people involved in the show. I don’t want to work with actors who are doing 10-12 shows who are tired all the time. They tend to take it as just another day of shoot.”

“I want to work with passionate and desirous people as acting is not a job but a passion. I hope to launch a different show but within the same parameters. It is like taking the next step forward. Television gives me a new life everyday and I want to work with people who share the same enthusiasm,” adds the producer.

The team is on the search of fresh talented faces from across the country. Rajan wants his show to serve as a platform for the new lot.

He remains tightlipped about the channel that he will produce the show for. He informs, “I have been receiving calls from different channels but I am not willing to disclose it as yet. All I can say is that it is a well-established channel. We have completed some major work on designing. All other details will be disclosed within next 15 days.”

When asked if he will be introducing cameos on this show like he did in Bidaai, he says, “Well even this show will have a distinctive feature which will be very different and interesting.”

Rajan claims that he doesn’t get influenced by the TRPs as they are materialistic and keep fluctuating.
