Mandira Bedi left us speculating about the two new faces joining the Challengers
on the upcoming episode of Star Plus’ Jo
Jeeta Wohi Superstar, our well-placed source in the production
house informs us about their identities. The new entrants to join the Challengers’
squad on Star Plus’ Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar are Fame Gurukul’s runner-up
Rex D’Souza and Indian Idol 2 Amay Date. Both the shows aired on Sony.

source from the production house says, “Since the format of the elimination process
is changed and every Friday two contestants are evicted, one each from the Challengers’
and the Champions’ squads as compared to just one eviction from the Champions
that happened earlier. This has eventually affected the time-frame of the
show by two weeks as two extra eliminations have taken place.” “The
show has to run for three months, which is affected by the extra elimination of
two participants and so this inclusion of two faces,” adds another source.
As the channel has roped in Rex and Amay who won accolades for their talent
from the respective judges and viewers, one is waiting to see how they perform
on this show. The episode will be aired on Friday, May 16 at 10:00
pm.
