Unpredictability is the nick name of the Indian television industry, which never flatters to deceive. Currently, this unpredictability is palpable on Sahara One. Playtime Creations’ Main Aisi Kyun Hoon, which was earlier reported to be going off air, has now been given an extension till July.

Three weeks ago, we had reported that Main Aisi.., along with Zaara and Solhah Singaarr, was coming to an end. Back then an actor from each of these shows had confirmed this to us. Three weeks is a long time and since them a lot of changes (and parleys) have taken place. First it was Solhah Singaarr and now Playtime Creations’ Main Aisi Kyun Hoon has managed to escape the bullet.

Our actor source now informs, “As I told you before the show was supposed to go off air in May but we have now been given an extension till July.” This fact was seconded by Playtime Creations’ co owner Hemal Thakkar.

They’ve borne the extreme heat of May but will they be able to survive the post July monsoon showers? We need to keep our fingers crossed.
