Tell
me about life before Roadies?
Prabjoth: I was
studying in the second year of Bachelors of Computers Application. Sonel:
I was involved in making documentaries and acting in plays. I also have a modeling
contract with Elite modeling agency. I wasn’t studying. I am just tenth passed.
Studies never interested me. What are your plans now?
Prabjoth: I will be going back to Chandigarh and I will complete
my studies. If I get any opportunity in Mumbai then I will give a thought to it.
Sonel: I want to make a career in acting and modeling. So I am thinking
of shifting my base to Mumbai. Fame, money, experience
- what did you want from Roadies? Prabjoth: I
wanted the experience. I did not participate in Roadies for acting or anchoring
opportunities. I just wanted to have fun. Sonel: I wanted
experience as well as fame. I have added the experience of Roadies to the
list of things I have done in my life. Roadies is the wildest thing I ever
did in my life. How have your parents reacted to Roadies?
Prabjoth: My parents were shocked to watch me give galis on the
show. Initially, they were a bit worried about what our relatives would have to
say about all this but now when they watch people take my autograph, they feel
proud. Sonel: My parents were not surprised watching me
on a wild show like Roadies. They know how I am. They are quite proud of
me. What was the one most disappointing moment on Roadies?
Prabjoth: The most disappointing part was not winning the bike.
I wanted that bike very badly. I deserved to win the bike as well as the prize
money but unfortunately I got none. Sonel: It was when Prabjoth
back stabbed me. All the ex-Roadies were present and they were pouncing
on me. At that time I was relying on her. I was sure she would be on my side but
when she too joined them. I felt weak and disheartened. Who
is the person you hated the most on Roadies? Prabjoth:
It was Nihal because he was the biggest threat to me. I don’t have any hatred
for Anmol and Shambhavi because whenever they messed up with me, I have given
it back to them. I even defeated Anmol, so there are no grudges left for her and
Shambhavi. Sonel: It was Snehashish. Even now I am in touch
with every single Roadie except for him but lately things are getting sorted out
between us. Name one boy from Roadies you like
to be around? Prabjoth: It is Snehashish. He is the one
who used to play the game from his mind. He is powerful and clever. I like to
be around such people. Sonel: Obviously Ashutosh because
I like him. Was your friendship with Shambhavi real (to
Prabjoth)? Was your friendship with Nihal real (to Sonel)? Prabjoth:
No, my friendship with Shambhavi was a part of my strategy to survive. I wanted
her on my side so that we could throw Nihal out of the game. Sonel:
Yes, it was completely real. Nihal is my good friend and I can never think bad
for him. What is the equation the two of you share with
each other now? Prabjoth: We are good friends. There
was a misunderstanding between us but that has been sorted out. I back stabbed
her once because Anmol and Shambhavi poisoned my mind. We go shopping together
and have fun in each other’s company. Sonel: We have always
been good friends. Our friendship got messed up once but that happens in every
friendship. I have buried the hatchet. I am glad to have a friend like her in
my life.
