After producing a successful show, Teen Bahuraaniyan, on Zee and Main Aisi Kyun Hoon on Sahara One, Paresh Rawal and Hemal Thakkar's Play Time Creations is producing a show titled Jeevan Sathi for the brand new entertainment channel Colors.

The show will have veteran actor like Vikram Gokhale and Gaurav Khanna, Saillesh Gulabani, Vani Sharma and Pamella Mukherji. The show is inspired by Bollywood blockbuster Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.

Saillesh Gulabani , the actor who plays one of the leads, says, "Jeevan Sathi is my second show with Play Time Creations which is directed by Dharmesh Shah. My character's name is Ishaan Solanki who is a very poor man and lives with Vikram Gokhale. He eventually falls in love with one of Gokhale's daughters and invites the wrath of the patriarch of a Gujarati family.


My character is that of Ajay Devgan in the movie. It is a positive character, which I am getting to play after playing two negative roles in a row," adds the actor.

Gaurav Khanna , who is making a comeback of sorts with this show post his exit from Meri Doli Tere Angna, remained unavailable for his comments.
