Former MTV VJ and actor Shenaz Tresurywala is all set to host The
Great Indian Laughter Challenge 4. The bubbly Shenaz is replacing Parizad
Kolah-Marshal who has anchored all the previous three seasons. When
contacted, Star India VP, Marketing and Communications Prem Kamath refused to
comment on it. TGILC director Pankaj Saraswat said, “A press conference
will be held in the coming days. You would know everything then.”
While
the above mentioned remained tight lipped, a reliable source informs, “Parizad
couldn’t take up the show as she had to look after her new born. Names like Gauhar
Khan, Nauheed Cyrusi were discussed but they finally decided on Shenaz.”
While Shenaz’s smile certainly can match up to that of Perizad but can
she communicate in efficient Hindi like her predecessor? Our source replies, “Well,
we’ll make her speak.” Shenaz remained unavailable for comment.
