Sahara One has finally filled its vacant 11.00 pm slot with the launch of their new show Kaisi Lagi Lagan. Back in August, Tellychakkar had reported on this Cinevistaas produced show.

This supernatural thriller goes on air from 13 October. It’s a love story which is twisted by destiny and turned by lives’ unexpected moves. A saga of a cursed marriage and whether it can be overpowered by the positive energy of love and faith.

Pratha (Mahi Vij), a beautiful 23-year old girl who’s life revolves around her college, parties, playing pranks and a whole lot of masti, although she nurtures her own sense of values, culture and beliefs. She is brought up by single mother, since her father abandoned them when she was only 5 years old. Since then she had seen her mother struggling hard to bring her up and so to support her mother and herself, she teaches dance to small kids. She is very close to her mother but has no clue that for years her mother is burdened with a secret that she has been guarding from the world – the secret that her family is cursed and that nobody in her family would ever have a happy married life.

Pratha believes in God and supernatural powers, but does not like people to use occult for mere entertainment. Since her childhood she has seen her mother struggling in life, and emotionally she has not come out of it yet. That’s why she believes that love only gives pain and prefers friendship over love. But destiny has something else in store for her… One fine day a planchette completely changes Pratha’s life. Out of various questions asked by her friends, one question relates to Pratha’s future husband. The spirit spells out his name as Raghav (Asmit Kaushik).

Nobody has a clue as to who Raghav is, until they actually meet somebody called Raghav, a new student in the college. The moment Pratha meets Raghav for the first time, she feels the tingling of a previously unknown emotion within her. She is completely unaware of her romantic feelings for this stranger. But destiny has other plans for her. Eventually Pratha and Raghav fall in love. Without having a slightest clue of what game destiny will play with them now on, they decide to marry.
