Creative Eye’s Veeranwali
and Edit II’s Neelanjana. Both the
shows started together on 14 January 2008
and would breathe their last together on
2 October. Earlier, it was reported that
Veeranwali was slated to go off-air
on 15 September. The fate of the cookery
show, Rasm-e-rasoi is undecided.
A
source from Veeranwali says, “The
show was supposed to go off-air on 15 September
but now will be stretched till 2 October.
The track is now focusing on the lead actress
Garima Bhatnagar, Sameer and Itishree Singh
and all the other characters have already
faded. The current track is revolving around
the lead actress’s in-laws. The show will
have a happy ending.”
When contacted producer Dheeraj Kumar said,
“It is true that the show is going off-air.
The channel has informed us that they are
winding up the afternoon band for the time
being. They will re-look at it in the near
future.”

Kohli too confirmed the news and said, “Yes,
the show is ending on October 2.”
Indrani Mukerjea, CEO and Founder INX Media
said, “We haven’t decided on a date and
there is still time to it. The shows are
