The actor who gained popularity with his role in Kkusum has faded from the small screen. After being in the news more for personal reasons Saxena is back making headlines but this time for professional reasons. But the actor is active producing films and now making his debut in Chase. The film stars Udita Goswami and is being directed by Jag Mohan Mundra of Provoked fame. This is Saxena’s second film as lead. He made his debut ten years ago with Sar Aankhon Par opposite Shruti Ulfat. The film bombed at the box office. Saxena recently launched Aamna Sharif in his home production Aloo Chaat. Chase too will be independently produced by him.

Informs our source, “Anuj Saxena is playing the main lead in Chase. The film is an out an out thriller. The film also stars Udita Goswami, Sameer Kochhar, Rajesh Khattar and Shweta Menon. It is being directed by Jag Mohan Mundra. The film is 75% complete and the last schedule of the film will commence in the first week of May.”

Here’s hoping that Saxena can Chase away his Sar Aankhon Par blues.
