Ekta Sharma who was last seen in Maa is all set to get married with her boyfriend of two months Anil Donde. The actress’s love story is nothing less than a fairy tale. The two met through a common friend three months ago and Anil then proposed to Ekta on a social networking site after a month. The couple is now getting married after a courtship of two months. Anil works as a business development manager in a company.

Informs an excited Ekta, “I am getting married on 27 April. I met Anil three months ago and he proposed to me two months back and now we are getting married. He is a Maharashtrian and I am a Punjabi and we are getting married according to Arya Samaj rites.”

Talking about her fairytale love story, Ekta says, “After becoming friends one day Anil told me on my Facebook account that he is in love with a girl who is very sweet. I suggested that he find out everything about the girl. He replied saying he knows her. And so I asked him to send me her pictures and the next moment I see my pictures in my inbox. It was a pleasant surprise and I accepted his proposal. I asked him to ask his parents to come over to meet my parents. And thus they solemnised our relationship. So this is more of an arranged marriage.”

The pre-wedding functions include a sangeet ceremony on 22 April, mehendi on 25th and haldi on 26th of April. Ekta will wear a maroon lehnga for the wedding and a salwar-kameez for her pheras.

Have they decided on the honeymoon destination? “Anil hasn’t disclosed anything on the honeymoon plans as yet. So I think that’s going to be my wedding gift from him”
