Sulbha Arya who was part of Sharad Joshi’s Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi will now be seen in its so- called remake. The seasoned actress will be playing a cameo in Ghar Ki Baat Hai.

Talking about her character, actor Deven Munjal, who plays Bhupinder Ahluwalia says, “Sulbha ji will be playing Radhika’s (Juhi Babbar) mausi in an upcoming episode called Mausa ki Atma. In this particular episode, her deceased husband’s spirit will enter my body.”

For Munjal it was nothing short of an enriching experience working with a season stalwart like Arya. “I was really touched to be working with a legend like her. She’s such a wonderful person. Even though she’s there for just a particular episode, I’ve got to learn a thing or two from her. I’m hoping to work with her again,” said Munjal.

It must be recalled that Arya had played Swaroop Sampat’s neighbour in the original show Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi.

Viewers can catch Sulbha Arya in the upcoming episode of Ghar Ki Baat Hai on 25 April at 9.00 pm.
