If sources are to be believed, Shah Rukh has taken upon himself to produce the sequel of Fauji. Presently, the show is at its scripting stage. In all likelihood this will come on NDTV Imagine.

When contacted, Col. Kapoor said, “Well, this is news to me. It’s true that I want to remake Fauji but since then there has been no progress. I still have to take clearance from the government and the defence for shooting in army bases. Besides currently, I’m working on my film and it’s only after that I’ll think about Fauji.”
