He may have joined politics but that doesn’t mean Shekhar Suman is giving up on his television assignments. Post IPL, Suman will host and produce Tedhi baat on SAB. Suman’s production house Windmill Entertainment is producing this show.

Talking about the show, a source says, “As the title suggests, Tedhi baat is a satire on the popular chat show Seedhi baat that’s hosted by noted journalist Prabhu Chawla. The difference though is that there will be no guests in Tedhi baat. Suman will be the host and he’ll also be playing the guest. The show is expected to go on air after the culmination of the Indian Premier League.”

Though he didn’t reveal much, SAB business head Anooj Kapoor confirmed the news on Tedhi baat. “It’s true that Shekharji is producing Tedhi baat for us. This is likely to be a daily and will come on air after IPL.”

Shekhar Suman remained unavailable for comment.
