The rumours were afloat for quite some time about the fate of the show and now we have it from our sources that Star Plus’ Sangam is indeed ending. The show has not been doing well and was always under the scanner ever since the strike in November. Post the strike the show introduced a leap in the hope that the show will garner good TRPs. But unfortunately this too could not salvage the show. Tellychakkar had earlier reported about the uncertain future of the show but the actors rubbished it all as rumours.

A source from the production house informs, “The show is ending in the beginning of March. We have been informed by the channel about this and will wrap up the show accordingly.”

Chaitanya Choudhary, lead actor of the show says, “I don’t know anything. You will have to speak to the channel.”

We tried contacting Keertan Adyanthaya, E.V.P and G.M. Star Plus, but he remained unavailable for the comment.
