Till now we have seen the four sisters – in – law of Bhakti (Krishna Gokani) plotting and scheming against her in Star Plus’ Hamari Devrani. Bhakti who is residing with her husband Mohan in the servants’ quarters of the Nanavati Mansion is finding it difficult to make two ends meet. But the new entry in the show will bring respite to the couple.

Informs a source, “Bhakti is finding it difficult to make two ends meet. But it is the character of Ilaben essayed by Gauri, (one of the members of the creative team of the show) who will play a pivotal role in improving her condition. She gives Bhakti a very big order to make papads for her. And one order leads to another and thus their standard of living improves. Also in the later stages one would see Jhankana Desai, who plays mother – in – law to the bahus, realising the truth that her elder daughters – in – law were always plotting against the youngest son Mohan and daughter – in – law Bhakti. Their husbands, after coming to know the truth, throw their wives out of the Nanavati house. Later the four bahus plead guilty and appologise and thus are taken back in the house.”

When contacted Sunil Tyagi a member of the Creative Team said, “Gauri will be essaying the role of Ilaben and actor Chitrak Shah will play her husband. They will meet Bhakti in a party thrown by Alpa and other bahus. Ila likes the papad served in the party and is told that it is prepared by Bhakti. She then places a big order for papads. One would see Alpa playing swindling Bhakti yet again and how Bhakti comes out it.”
